Challenge
Improve and restructure the websites for an expert company in real estate finance.
Project
For this project we made an exhaustive analysis of the different pages of the client, looking for key points to improve and a market analysis of the competition. Different users were defined and a new information architecture was created with the client collaboration.
We also paid special attention to all the processes identified, especially those of simulation and contracting of mortgages since they were the core of the business.
We made proposals to digitize processes but in many cases the company did not have the structure adapted for such big changes.
